The objective was to craft a distinctive, ownable brand language that signals quality, playfulness, and an “exotic roast” story at first glance. The vision prioritized clarity and memorability: confident typography, generous negative space, and iconic shapes that feel friendly yet premium. Every decision color, proportion, and typographic rhythm was guided by legibility, emotional resonance, and effortless application across real world contexts.
Key Results & Achievements
The final identity delivers strong visual equity and seamless implementation. Packaging reads quickly and stands out in ambient café lighting; signage and wayfinding maintain high visibility; merchandise and carriers extend the brand with consistency and craft. The system proved versatile, production ready, and scalable supporting fast rollout while preserving design integrity. Overall, the work elevated brand recognition and created a cohesive, engaging experience for coffee lovers across all customer touchpoints.
Project Overview & Development
Aroma is a premium coffee identity built around bold simplicity and sensory impact. The visual system leverages a high-contrast palette vibrant red paired with a soft mint to create instant shelf recognition and a warm, modern personality. Custom, rounded letterforms and modular circular motifs were developed in Adobe Illustrator, then refined and prepared across touchpoints using Photoshop for production ready artwork. The system scales consistently from packaging and signage to apparel and carry solutions, ensuring cohesive brand presence in retail and café environments.
